I was having issues with my burner. It was a Saturday and I called few shops in the surrounding area just to leave messages. I was very surprised when my phone rang and Shane offered to come out the same day to check the problem. He came to my commissary and quickly pin pointed the faulty regulator. Shane was able to find a new regulator and install it the same day. I was very happy as I was able to serve food the very next day.
